Canon Professional Services (CPS) is a pan-European programme that supports professional photographers and allows them to get their equipment supported wherever they may be. Canon required a multi-lingual (12 languages) member extranet to allow service centres, programme managers and photographers to manage their information across Europe, and for regional programme managers to create and manage tactical marketing campaigns.

A key feature is the ability for programme managers to segment their membership and target communcations only to those for whom they are absolutely relevant. Personal, intelligent and relevant.

The CPS Extranet has become a central business and communications hub for Canon's CPS programme across Europe.
